6 June 2011 - Groupon.fr, the French branch of the US-based online retailer Groupon, launched online travel sales in France after obtaining an approval by the government tourist office Atout France.
Present in France since early 2010 following the acquisition of CityDeal, groupon.fr had nearly 8.6m Internet visitors in March, according to the latest Nielsen Netratings.
