Fed: Smith blames Anderson for safety problems= 2

But Civil Aviation Safety Authority spokesman PETER GIBSON says the safety watchdog
has significant powers.

He says CASA has put Ansett on notice.

And he says Ansett is going to have to make huge changes to their organisation.
