CASTLETON -- Joan C. Empie, 66, of Castleton, died Monday in Albany Medical Center Hospital after a brief illness. Born and educated in Albany, she had resided in Schodack and Castleton for many years. Mrs. Empie was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Fuller Road Fire Department and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Schodack Landing Fire Department. She was the life of the late H.
